RETURN AND REFUND DUE TO THE CHANGE OF MIND STRICTLY IS NOT PERMITTED. EXCHANGES FOR SIZES, COLOURS, AND DESIGNS ALSO NOT PERMITTED. PLEASE READ THE DESCRIPTION BEFORE YOU MAKE AN ORDER.

Return

• All return requests are subject to approval.
• Contact us to initiate the return process.
• You have a strict 7 working days from the date of receipt to return the item.
• The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in packaging to be eligible for a return.

Refund

• Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
• If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your bank account (or original method of payment).
• You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your bank issuer's policies.

Shipping of Returning Item

• You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non­ refundable.
• If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
