READY STOCK ITEMS

ORDER PROCESSING

All orders will be processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email with FULL PAYMENT. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

DELIVERY POLICY

1. DELIVERY WILL BE ARRANGED ONLY ON MONDAY, WEDNESDAY & FRIDAY (subject to change by the management without prior notice).
2. Order confirmation and the cut off time for the item to be delivered on the delivery day (Monday, Tuesday & Friday) will be before 3 PM. Order which comes in after 3 PM will be considered on the next delivery day where applicable.

SHIPPING CHARGES

1. We will be using POSLAJU or J&T EXPRESS courier for the delivery of your parcels around West Malaysia (SM). However, for the delivery to East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak), only POSLAJU courier will be used as it provides lower shipping costs.
2. Standard shipping charges will be automatically calculated during the checkout based on the item's weight and postcode.
3. STRICTLY NO REFUND for shipping charges.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

1. We currently ship to Singapore and Brunei ONLY using the EMS courier service. 
2. Shipping charges will be automatically calculated during the checkout based on the item's weight postcode.
3. Kindly noted the delivery will take about 7-15 days (subject to courier service's changes).

PRE ORDER ITEMS

ORDER PROCESSING

*50% DEPOSIT IS NEEDED FOR THE PRE ORDER ITEMS*

PRE-ORDER CUT OFF DATE:10th - 12th OF THE MONTH

All pre-order items will be processed every 10th to 12th day of the month. Order (pre-order items) that comes in after the 12th day will be processed on the 10th to 12th day of the next month (next batch).

Example 1:

You put the order on 26 JANUARY 2021

Your order will be processed around 10-12 FEBRUARY 2021

The items will arrive in Malaysia around 26 FEBRUARY 2021 onwards

Example 2 :

You put the order on 8 JANUARY 2021

Your order will be processed around 10-12 JANUARY 2021

The items will arrive in Malaysia around 26 JANUARY 2021 onwards

Example 3 :

You put the order on 13 JANUARY 2021

Your order will be processed around 10-12 FEBRUARY 2021

The items will arrive in Malaysia around 26 FEBRUARY 2021 onwards

NOTES: MAKE SURE YOU ORDER BEFORE THE CUT OFF DATE IN ORDER TO GET THE ITEM EARLY 

Order only will be processed after receiving your order confirmation with the required deposit.

2. Bolsarage will contact you afterward when your item safely arrives in our hand and the quality checking has been done.
3. Customer needs to settle all the full payment before delivery can be done.
